I booked with Dros to detail my car for my wedding day. I haven’t washed this car in months. My wheels were baked with brake dust. I got the premium package that Dros offer. I started following Dros Detailing several months ago and watched their videos showing the end results. After seeing their work, I decided to schedule their services. Five-Star Quality & No Corners Cut! If you’re looking for a mobile detailer in Collin County that actually treats your car like their own, Dros Auto Detail is the only call you need to make. I’m big on the details, and Alejandro (the owner) exceeded every expectation. Most mobile guys rush the job to get to the next one, but these guys are different—no corners were cut. They hit every "hidden" spot that others usually miss: the seat tracks, deep in the door jambs, and every single A/C vent was meticulously steam-cleaned and blown out. What stood out: •    Professionalism: They showed up exactly when they said they would. In North Texas, that’s a rarity. •    The Finish: My car looks better than the day I took it off the showroom floor. The leather felt so good after the conditioning. •    Interior Mastery: With kids and dogs, my interior was a disaster. They managed to pull every speck of dirt and odor out—it feels and smells brand new. It’s rare to find a service where the owner’s pride in their work is this obvious. Alejandro and Steven came to my house to detail inside and outside of my vehicle and OMG they left me scared to drive the vehicle because it looks brand new again. Not only did they pay close attention but they also displayed excellent customer service. They will be continuing to get my business and if you want the same treatment trust me this is the company to call!!!

**WARNING** We chose Dro's Auto Detail Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating based on his Five-Star reviews and his advertised expertise in detail car services -- we believed this was our guy! We scheduled a consultation appointment to discuss our expectations and confirm he could do the work. AlejanDro and Steve arrived on time, and spent the afternoon working on our white 2018 Jeep GC. Was it cleaner? Sure, it smelled nice, the carpet and leather were cleaner. But as we admired the cleaning, something else caught our eye -- hundreds of tiny, white, pinkish, paint plops, all over the car. What a mess!!! (See my pics).. Dro's response? "I know a guy who might be able to fix that." Because nothing screams professionalism like damaging a car and then offering to upsell a solution. We got our $450 refunded and this gem of an explanation: "The paint we got from English Color was supposed to match. Believe me, they're going to hear from me because this should have never happened." (Yes, I have that in writing.) Now, while I appreciate the refund, it does absolutely nothing to fix the permanent damage. We don't claim to be experts in car detailing or paint correction -- that's why we did our research and trusted Dro. Yet here we were, spending an entire day at various paint shops, getting estimates on how to undo this disaster. The consensus? At minimum, the front bumper needs to be repainted (the rest of the car is an absolute loss). We were told by industry paint shop professionals that this guy should not offer any kind of paint services. (Yes, I have the estimates and that advice in writing too!) Fantastic. I reached out to Dro again, shared this news and the estimates, and (in a moment of generosity, and even offered to split the cost. His response? "...I truly regret that you're unhappy with the outcome. I issued a full refund as a gesture of good faith, which I believed was a fair resolution. While I stand by the effort and work I put into the vehicle, a full repaint is beyond the scope of detailing and paint correction services. I sincerely wish the results had met your expectations." Translation: Not my problem anymore! He refused to give us a copy of his business license and insurance information. Texas law requires it upon request. TIP: Be sure to ask for it before you hire him.

My guy Alejandro did it again, my first time getting a car detail from him, I had no clue with what package to go with. He answered my phone call at 8 pm and had something available for me the next day. I had almost given up on my car but when he worked his magic on my car it’s like if I had just pulled off the lot back in 2018. The interior was insanely clean and he tackled every crevice you could think of. Very satisfied with this service. I will come back for the ceramic coating service for sure

We had Dro's Auto Detail add a Ceramic Coating to both our 2024 Silverado 2500 and our 17' Travel Trailer. Alejandro came out to our house to take a look at both vehicles and give us a personalized quote for both jobs. The price was very competitive with the 2 other quotes we had gotten for the same job from other companies in the area. We decided to go with Dro's based on our positive experience during the initial quoting process. The quote contained several different services (see below). For the Silverado there was the initial wash, paint decontamination, and some paint preparation. Even though the vehicle was very new there were already some water spots on the roof and hood that were difficult to remove. Alejandro worked extra to get these off and made certain that we were satisfied with their removal before preceding with the Ceramic Coating. The Ceramic Coating not only included all painted services, but also all the plastic trim, the tire rims, the front grill and the front windshield (2 coats on this). After they were finished we were very satisfied with the results and the performance of the coating. Alejandro and his assistant spent over 9 hours working to complete just this 1 vehicle. They returned a few days later (exactly on schedule again) to add the Ceramic Coating to our Travel Trailer. Again this required an initial wash, paint decontamination, and some minimal paint preparation. I have to say that in the end this 5-year old trailer looks just as good as new. We were very satisfied once again. As part of the cost for adding this Ceramic Coating Alejandro included the 1st maintenance wash for both the Truck and Trailer at no additional cost after a few weeks had past. We just returned from a 2-week camping trip and both vehicles were covered in pollen, dirt, and tree sap. Alejandro arrived for the complimentary wash on schedule as usual. They completed the wash and the Ceramic Coatings on both vehicles performed excellent (beading and repelling water like crazy). I fully expect both of these vehicles to be very easy to keep clean in the future. We were extremely satisfied with all the services performed by Dro's and cannot recommend them enough.
